Shipping Methods
We ship orders using either Australia Post or a courier service, depending on your location, parcel size, delivery requirements, and the most suitable shipping option available.
At checkout, customers can select from the following options:

Where available, Express Shipping orders will be sent using the fastest suitable service for your location.
If you have a preferred carrier, please leave a note with your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. While we cannot guarantee a specific carrier in all circumstances, we understand that many customers have a preferred delivery service and will always try to help where possible.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your chosen delivery method.
Processing and Dispatch Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of payment being received.
Please note that during peak periods, holidays, or sales events, dispatch times may be extended slightly.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been sent.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (within Australia)
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (within Australia)
Please note that these are estimates only and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at the time of checkout.
STONEWILD cannot be held liable for orders that are lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at hello@stonewild.com.au — we will do our best to assist if your order has not yet been dispatched.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Orders can only be placed and delivered within Australia.
