Return and Refund Policy

Change of Mind
Please note that we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind. We encourage you to choose carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care to ensure all items are of high quality and well-packaged. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@stonewild.com.au so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return or replacement request, please email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether a refund or replacement has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
